phased building but still one building

The first commission from this accountant was to design his private home. Thanks to the confidence that was built up, we received the commission to design his office. There was still a building plot available on the edge of the Spikkerhoven business park in Roermond; however, this was too small for the big programme of requirements. In order to create as much room as possible for construction, the car park was situated half under the building. This is an imposing brick-built building to which a zinc volume was added at a later stage.
