On the historic Roerkade, one of the oldest locations in Roermond, two projects were completed for Victor Adams Beleggingen: an apartment building and a hotel.

Although both projects blend into their surroundings, they each provide their own, separate modernday accent. 

On the corner of the Roerkade and the Koolstraat, is the ‘Op de Kaie’ apartment building with a large café on the ground floor. There are 8 apartments above.
