a beautiful group of white homes

In the Roer-Zuid residential area in Roermond there was a despatch and storage building that was no longer appropriate in these surroundings. On this site we designed a residential neighbourhood with 26 homes in 3 basic types for Bouwfonds. Large semi-detached patio homes were built on the edges of this site, on existing streets. In terms of size and scale, these homes fit in well with the existing neighbourhood. The patio homes on the beautiful, quiet side-street with square are of more modest dimensions. 

This is a beautiful group of white homes that are linked to each other by black, brickwork screening. The residents regard the homes as distinctive but appropriate.
