a refined design for a fashion shop. A reflection of the products, from inside and outside.

On the Stokstraat in Maastricht, Leon Salet sold high-end men’s fashion – quality brands such as Corneliani, Armani and Zegna, made from beautiful, refined materials. The shop would have to reflect the products, both on the inside and the outside. Using products such as natural stone and stainless steel, we produced an object with restrained, curved shapes – a space within a space –  providing room for fashion accessories. In the space surrounding this, along the existing walls, there were racks for suits, trousers and jackets. The spatial order and tidiness thus created connected seamlessly with the vision of the fashion entrepreneur. The shop has now been transformed into a glassware gallery. The interior has grown with its users.
